| 香港《紫荊盃舞蹈大賽》，是一項全港公開舞蹈大賽，2006年香港舞蹈總會成功的舉辦了第三屆《紫荊盃舞蹈大賽》及第一屆小紫荊盃舞蹈大賽。得到舞蹈界人士熱烈嚮應和支持，比賽成績優異，取得極大的成功，所有獲獎節目，並於《紫荊盃舞蹈大賞》公開表演中獲得隆重推介。此兩項活動，均得到康樂及文化事務署的大力支持和幫助。2008年比賽的獲獎作品，將獲邀參加香港舞蹈總會於舉辦的成立三十周年慶祝演出。 |

為了在香港推行舞蹈美育，達到習舞 4E (表達， 教育，鼓勵及享受)的目標，香港舞蹈總會特於2006年開始，每年舉辦「袋鼠盃舞蹈比賽」，以期提昇學員的表演能力和水平。 To promote the theme of 4E, Expression, Education, Encouragement and Enjoyment, in local dance education, Hong Kong Dance Federation proudly presents the Kangaroo Cup. From 2006 December onwards, this annual dance competition will be one of the most all-round and comprehensive events enhancing dance standard as well as students’ performing skills in the city. |
