報名辦法

• 填寫報名表格於截止日期前，連同報名費：單HK$380 / 雙三HK$600 / 群舞(7-30人) 每人HK$100，以劃線支票抬頭『香港舞蹈總會有限公司』逕交或寄交九龍彌敦道476號優質教育集團中心1002室香港舞蹈總會收。(報名費包括比賽錄像乙張，製作約需一個月)
• 按參加項目選擇填寫表格，每張表格請填寫一個比賽舞蹈項目。
• 參賽者需附有相片身份證明及CSTD考試証書或成績單影印本供大會作審核之用。
• 報名後如欲中途退出或節目未能完成，報名費將不獲退還

比賽細則

1. 類別：幼童舞、芭蕾舞、Demi-Character、Lyrical、爵士舞、踢踏舞 及 民族舞。
2. 形式：單人、雙人、三人 及 群舞(7至30人)項目。
3. 時間：各項比賽法定時限，每組別2-3分鐘，詳情請參閱附表「比賽組別及時間」
4. 參賽者須由保送老師推薦比賽。
5. 組別：7歲以下,9歲以下,11歲以下,13歲以下,15歲以下,17歲以下,公開組。(所有組別年齡限制以2011年12月31日為計算方法)。
6. 獎項和獎品：每組別設冠、亞、季獎（獎項將跟據評核分數達標而定），各組別多於10個單位參賽並表現出色者，將增設優異獎牌。評審並從各組優勝者中推舉「全場大獎」一名，得獎者可獲港幣4000元，作為前往參加海外CSTD比賽、交流經費或上課用途。若參賽組別中的參賽人數過低，大會有權取消部份獎項。
7. 卸任於去年獲「全場大獎」者，將卸任予2012年得獎者。
8. 規則：每組的上屆冠軍不准參加同一組別的比賽，但可參與其他類別或組別之比賽。
9. 不設現場伴奏，提交音樂需為CD格式。音樂需於2012年3月25日或以前交到香港舞蹈總會辦公室(待定)，於指定時間未能提交者可被取消參加資格，敬請留意。
10. 每參賽者上限參加2項比賽。

1. Complete the entry form with a crossed cheque for the entry fee ( Solo HK$380 / Duo & Trio HK$600 / & Troupe (7to30dancers) HK$100/each) payable to “Hong Kong Dance Federation Ltd.” Please send it to Rm 1002, Quality Education Tower, 476 Nathan Road, Yaumatei, Kowloon, Hong Kong in person or by post (Entry fee includes a DVD for the competition recording. Production time - one month)
2. Please check at appropriate boxes for the selected category and division. Keep in mind that each form represents a single entry only.
3. Photo identification and CSTD Exam Certificate or Exam Report should be attached for verification.
4. No refund shall be given for any withdrawal or unfinished work once entry is made.

Competition Regulation

1. Category:Toddler Dance, Classical Ballet, Demi-Character, Lyrical, Modern Jazz, Tap & National Dance.
2. Format:Solo, Duo, Trio & Troupe (7-30dancers).
3. Duration:2-3 minutes (See “Duration Limit Table” for each category)
4. Entrants must have recommendations with signatures from CSTD teachers.
5. Division:under 7, under 9, under 11, under 13, under 15, under 17, open age (31 December 2011 as computation date)
6. Prizes:Champion, runner-up and 2nd runner-up prize will be awarded in each division; over 10 groups, Honourable Medal will be granted. The most outstanding entrant will be awarded scholarship of HK$4000
7. Resignation:owner of the "overall grand prize" last year will resign and give the trophy to the winner this year.
8. Restriction: Champion prize winner in last year cannot enter the same dance session in the category this year. But he/she can enter other dance styles or categories.
9. No live music is permitted including piano and drum. Music must be recorded in CD format and submitted to the HKDF Office: 1002 Quality Education Tower, 476 Nathan Road, Kowloon, HK(to be confirmed) on or before 25 Mar 2012. Late submission may course disqualification.
10. Each individual competitor can join 2 items in competitions.
